Speaking aboard Air Force One en route to Miami, Trump revealed discussions with King Abdullah II of Jordan and plans to speak with Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi about taking in displaced Gazans.
Describing Gaza as "a mess" and "a demolition site," Trump suggested moving Palestinians to Arab nations and building housing for them in new locations, either temporarily or permanently.
The proposal marks a departure from previous U.S. policy under the Biden administration, which opposed relocating Gazans outside the enclave, advocating for a two-state solution and a return to their homes.
